Two tier 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary cake for a private function in Surrey. Both tiers iced in pale ivory and finished with a hand piped design and decorated with sugar full bloom roses and foliage. Sugar “50th” and all piped work finished in gold. Base tier of moist rich fruit cake and top tier of vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan Vanilla bean paste buttercream and raspberry conserve. Cake serves 100 finger portions.
