Five Tier Wedding Cake set up at Bannatynes Hotel, East Sussex – Base Tier of rich moist Fruit Cake, marzipanned and iced, finished with white pearlised sugar Rose petals, Tier 1 of fresh Lemon Zest Sponge with whipped Lemoncurd Buttercream filling, ganached and iced, finished with hand piped swags and scrolls design.  Tier 2 of fresh Belgian Couverture Chocolate Sponge with whipped Belgian Couverture Chocolate Ganache filling, ganached and iced with hand piped motif design.  Tier 3 of fresh Vanilla Sponge with Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste whipped Buttercream and Duchy Original Raspberry Preserve filling, ganached and iced with sugar pearlised graduated beading.  Tier 4 of fresh Orange Zest and Orange Oil Belgian Couverture Chocolate Sponge with  whipped Belgian Couverture Chocolate and Orange Oil Ganache filling, ganached and iced, finished with hand piped and pearlised monograms on a plaque, embellished with hand piping detail and hand piped scrolls and border.
