Base tier moist Belgian Couverture and Fresh Orange sponge with Orange Oil and Chocolate whipped ganache filling. Top tier Earl Grey and fresh Lemon Sponge with Lemoncurd whipped buttercream filling. Iced with White Chocolate Ganache then ivory sugarpaste. Cake serves 100 finger portions.
