Three tiered wedding cake at Buxted Park, Buxted, East Sussex.  All tiers finished with sharp edging.  Base tier iced in matt dark navy with hand piped navy micro dots graduating up the cake with some antique gold dots in between.  Central tier of pale ivory with hand piped navy micro dots graduating up the cake with some antique gold dots in between.  Top tier of pale ivory with wired dark blue wired sugar berries with some antique gold wired sugar berries in between.  Base tier of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream, central tier of Belgian couverture dark chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache and top tier of rich moist fruit cake.  Cake serves 130 finger portions.  Images kindly supplied by Georgina Piper Photography.
