Three tiered wedding cake at The Milwards Estate, Laughton, Lewes, East Sussex.  Cake iced in pale ivory with a central tier covered in pure edible gold leaf.  Base tier finished with rose and foliage patterning and top tier decorated with intricate cut outs from the same design.  Base tier of Madagascan Vanilla Bean sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry Conserve.  Central tier of Kirsch laced Belgian couverture chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache and Cherry Conserve and top tier of rich moist Red Velvet sponge with whipped Madagascan cheesecake buttercream.  Cake topped with a cake topper provided by the Bride and Groom.
