Two tier “naked” style wedding cake at The George in Rye, Sussex. Decorated with fresh Roses, Rosemary and Violas on Belgian Couverture Chocolate sponge with ganache filling and Vanilla sponge with Raspberry Conserve and Vanilla Bean Paste whipped buttercream.  Cake serves 50 finger portions.
