Four tier wedding cake iced in ivory fondant and decorated with hand piped royal icing run out flowers in ivory and white.  Tiers set on spaces to give added height and drama.   A contemporary design with the sharp edged look.  Spacers finished with ivory grosgrain ribbon.  Cake designed for the Annual Squires Kitchen Exhibition, Farnham, Surrey as a show piece.  Cake as shown serves 200 finger portions.
