Three tier wedding cake at Blackstock Barn, Hellingly, East Sussex.  Base tier of gluten free Belgian couverture chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache filling.  Tier one of gluten free fresh coffee and walnut sponge with whipped fresh coffee buttercream filling and tier two of gluten free fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream filling.  Cake dressed in florals provided by Buds That Bloom and finished with fresh berries and a dusting of confectioner’s sugar.  Cake serves 100 finger portions.  Images kindly provided by Matthew Page Photography.
