Three tier square wedding cake at East Sussex National, Uckfield, East Sussex.  Base and top tiers iced in ivory, with pale pink hand piped swags, drop and scroll work, top tier finished with full  bloom sugar roses and a family heirloom ring and dove.  Central tier iced in pale pink finished with a pale pink lustre and hand piped ivory swag and drop work.  Each tier base edged in hand piped pearlised beading.  Base tier of vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and raspberry conserve.  Central tier of fresh coffee sponge with whipped fresh coffee buttercream and top tier of moist rich fruit cake.  Cake serves 200 finger portions.
