Three tiered wedding cake at Blackstock Country Estate, Hellingly, East Sussex.  All tiers iced in a buttercream finish, textured and painted to create a pale bark effect, with hand etched love hearts depicting initials and dates.  All tiers encircled with wired, blush pink sugar hand made spray roses and buds and fresh gypsophila supplied by Kim from The Flower House Studio.  Wedding cake finished with a cake topper bunting banner supplied by the bride and groom.  All three tiers of Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and passion fruit curd.  Images very kindly supplied by Clare, FitzGerald Photographic.  Cake serves 120 finger portions
