Three tier wedding cake set up at Hendall Manor Barns, Heron’s Ghyll, Uckfield, East Sussex.  All tiers iced in Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste whipped buttercream with lilac ombre shading.  Base tier of fresh coffee and walnut sponge with whipped fresh coffee buttercream, tier one of Belgian Couverture Chocolate sponge with whipped salted caramel buttercream and tier two of fresh vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste buttercream and raspberry conserve.  Cake dressed with florals from The Flower Workshop and wooden cake topper provided by the bride and groom.  Cake serves fifty dessert portions with fifty finger portions for evening guests.
