Three tier naked style wedding cake at The English Wine Centre, Alfriston, East Sussex.  Base tier of Madagascan vanilla bean sponge filled with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and raspberry conserve.  Central tier of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream filling and top tier of Madagascan vanilla bean sponge filled with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and raspberry conserve.  Dressed with frosted fresh fruits and beautiful florals kindly provided by Church Lane Flowers of Seaford.  Cake serves  120 finger portions.  Images kindly supplied by Victoria JK Lamburn (www.vickylamburn.com)
