Four Tier Wedding Cake at The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne, East Sussex. Decorated with hand made wired sugar full bloom roses, sugar foliage and sugar Hypericum Berries. Hand piped snowflakes in a swag design to each tier, with a piped running bead to the base tier. Finished with grosgrain ribboning. Base tier of moist rich fruit cake, Tier one of Madagascan Vanilla sponge with Raspberry Conserve and Madagascan Vanilla Bean paste whipped buttercream. Tier Two of fresh Lemon zest sponge with Lemoncurd whipped buttercream, Tier Three of Madagascan Vanilla sponge with Raspberry Conserve and Madagascan Vanilla Bean paste whipped buttercream. All tiers marzipanned and iced in soft ivory fondant. Cake serves 200 finger portions.
