Five tiered wedding cake at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club, Wych Cross, East Grinstead, Sussex.  All tiers iced in pale ivory, with a sharp edged finish to each tier.  Hand made, wired sugar freesias, roses and subtle pale green foliage encircling the cake from the top down to the base.  Piped dot scroll work to each tier, flowing from the cascade.  Flavours including moist rich fruit cake, fresh lemon zest cake with whipped lemoncurd buttercream filling and Madagascan vanilla bean paste sponge filled with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry conserve.  Cake serves approximately 70 dessert portions.  Images kindly supplied by Jackson & Co Photography  Beautiful floral urns supplied by Florist in the Forest.
