Four tiered wedding cake at Laughton Barns Wedding Venue, Laughton, Lewes, East Sussex.  Iced in pure white with a sharp edged finish.  Central tiers decorated with a swathe of graduated soft gold.  Cake embellished with beautiful fresh florals provided by The Flower House Studio.  Florals interspersed with fresh grapes, finished with pure edible gold leaf.  Cake stand and floral hoop provided by the clients.  Base tier of Fres Lemon Zest Sponge with whipped Lemoncurd Buttercream.  Second tier of Belgian Couverture Chocolate Sponge with whipped Belgian Couverture Chocolate Ganache.  Third tier of Coconut sponge with Coconut whipped buttercream and Passionfruit Curd.  Top tier of moist rich fruit cake.  Cake serves approximately 150 finger portions.  Images kindly provided by Rebecca Claire Photography.
