Four tiered wedding cake at Farbridge Barn, West Dean, South Downs National Park, Chichester.  Semi-naked style buttercream wedding cake dressed with florals from Angel Like Flowers.  Base tier of fresh lemon zest sponge filled with whipped lemoncurd buttercream.  Tier one of Champagne infused sponge with raspberry conserve and whipped champagne buttercream.  Tier two of toffee sponge filled with whipped salted caramel buttercream and tier three of fresh carrot cake with whipped orange oil and orange zest buttercream.  Cake toppers provided by the Bride and Groom.  Cake serves 100 dessert portions.  Images kindly provided by Toby Lockerbie.
