Three tiered wedding cake at Hendall Manor Barns, Uckfield, East Sussex.  All tiers iced in pale fluffy buttercream with a horizontal, rough textured finish and dressed with fresh flowers kindly supplied by The Sussex Cutting Garden.  Base tier of champagne sponge filled with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and strawberry and champagne conserve. Central tier of Belgian couverture chocolate with Belgian couverture chocolate whipped ganache and top tier of fresh carrot and walnut sponge, filled with fresh orange zest and orange oil whipped buttercream.  Cake serves approx. 120 finger portions.  Images very kindly supplied by Hayley Rose Photography
