Four tiered pure white wedding at a private venue in East Sussex.  Each tier iced in pure white, finished with sharp edged.  Base tier decorated with a personalised family crest, with scroll work piped detail around the circumference of the tier.  Second tier hand decorated with ewes and lambs in royal icing.  Third tier decorated by hand with royal icing monogram and further scroll work and top tier with Harry the Boxer, again by hand in royal icing and a Lion head on the reverse.  Intricate hand piped royal icing beading to the base of each tier.  Base tier of Madagascan Vanilla Bean paste and Raspberry conserve, second tier of Fresh Lemon zest cake with whipped lemoncurd buttercream, third tier of Belgian Couverture Chocolate with whipped Belgian Couverture Chocolate Ganache and top tier of Moist Fresh Carrot cake with Orange Oil and Orange Zest whipped buttercream.  Cake serves approximately 160 finger portions.  Images kindly provided by John Scofield Photography
