Four tiered wedding cake at The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne, East Sussex. Four tier wedding cake iced with soft edged finish in pale ivory decorated with hand made, wired sugar bright red roses, ivory roses and buds, some sugar, wired green foliage and some elements of gold berries. Piped matt ivory dots on each tier, each tier finished with fine ribboning to the base. Base and top tiers of moist rich fruit cake, other tiers of fresh moist carrot cake with an orange zest and orange oil whipped buttercream filling and a Madagascan vanilla sponge tier with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry Conserve.
