Four tier wedding cake at Ashdown Park Country Club & Hotel, Wych Cross, East Grinstead.  All four tiers iced in pale ivory.  Finished with hand made sugar Forget-Me-Nots and sugar foliage.  Base tier of vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry conserve.  Tier one of fresh coffee sponge with whipped fresh coffee buttercream.  Tier two of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream and Tier three of moist rich fruit cake.  Cake serves 130 finger portions.  Image kindly provided by Peter Prior Photography.
