Four Tier Wedding Cake at Buxted Park Hotel, Buxted, East Sussex.  Ivory wedding cake finished with wired sugar pale sage, pistachio, ivory and white full bloom roses, rose buds, foliage, white wired sugar Hydrangea and white wired sugar Viburnum florals and buds.  Each tier finished with hand piped pearlised beading.  Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian Couverture Chocolate ganache filling.  Tier One of Madagascan vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry Conserve.  Tier Two of gluten and dairy free moist fresh carrot cake with orange oil and orange zest dairy free filling.  Tier Three of moist rich fruit cake.  Cake serves 130 finger portions.  Photography by www.wildweddings.co.uk
