Three tiered wedding cake at Horsted Place Country House Hotel, Horsted, Uckfield, East Sussex. Base and top tiers iced in pale ivory with a soft edged finish. Central tier iced in rustic bark effect, with a carved heart and initials. Clusters of natural and loose wired sugar foliage to the right of the top tier, left of the central tier and right base of bottom tier, to include sugar acorns and varied autumnal leaves. Base tier of champagne infused sponge and Chambord soaked raspberries with a whipped Belgian couverture white chocolate buttercream and raspberry conserve filling. Central tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache and top tier of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream filling.
