Three tiered semi-naked style wedding cake set up at Pelham House, Lewes, East Sussex.  Cake finished with a skim of Madagscan vanilla bean paste buttercream and decorated with beautiful fresh florals provided by Chirpee Flowers.  Base tier of rich red velvet sponge with whipped cream cheese buttercream, central tier of fresh carrot and walnut sponge with whipped orange oil and orange zest buttercream and top tier of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream.  Images kindly provided by Jonny MP Photography.  Cake provides 120 finger portions.
