Four tiered square naked style wedding cake at Otham Court, Polegate, East Sussex.  Decorated with beautiful fresh florals provided by Kim from The Flower House Studio.  Base tier of Madagascan vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean  buttercream and Raspberry conserve, second tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge filled with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache.  Third tier of fresh coffee and walnut sponge with whipped fresh coffee buttercream and top tier of Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with whipped passionfruit curd buttercream.  Cake provides 150 dessert portions.  Image kindly supplied by Emma May Weddings
