Three tier wedding cake at Heaven Farm, Danehill, East Sussex.  All tiers finished in a rustic, soft horizontal textured pale whipped buttercream and decorated with beautiful florals by Roberta Emmott, The Good Florist.  Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache filling.  Tier one of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream filling and Tier two of fresh Coffee and Walnut sponge with whipped fresh coffee buttercream.  Cake serves 150 finger portions.  Images kindly supplied by Frances Sales.
