Three tier naked style wedding cake at The Mermaid Inn, Mermaid Street, Rye, Sussex. Cake dressed with fresh seasonal fruits and florals, finished with confectioner’s sugar. Base tier of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream, central tier of vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry conserve and top tier of moist fresh carrot cake with whipped orange zest and orange oil buttercream.
