Five tiered elegant wedding cake at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club, East Grinstead. All tiers iced in pure white, with a soft edged finish to each tier. Base tier covered in hand made tight miniature sugar ruffles, with matching ruffles to the top tier. Dark green hand made sugar Ruscus leaves are set amongst the sugar ruffles in both the base tier and the top tier. Each tier base finish with hand piped royal icing beading. Base tier of moist ginger sponge with whipped, stem ginger buttercream. Tier one of moist rich fruit cake, tiers two and three of fresh lemon sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream.
