Four tier wedding cake at a private venue, Forest Row, East Sussex.  All tiers of Madagascan vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and raspberry conserve.  Top tier only gluten free.  Decorated with fresh blackberries, cherries, strawberries and blueberries and finished with fresh sweet peas and a dusting of confectioner’s sugar.  Cake serves 130 dessert portions.  Images kindly supplied by Lee Meek Photography
