Three Tier Wedding Cake at Cooksbridge, East Sussex. Hand painted on blue base with wild garden flowers and finished with piped “crochet” effect flowers and sugar garden flowers. Belgian Couverture Chocolate base with whipped ganache filling, Fresh Lemon Sponge with whipped Lemoncurd buttercream and Lavender Sponge with whipped Lavender buttercream. Marzipanned, then iced in blue. Cake serves 120 finger portions.
