Three tiered chocolate ganached wedding cake at The Old Rectory, Hastings, East Sussex.  All tiers finished with a sharp edged Belgian couverture chocolate ganache, decorated with hand made sugar blossoms in ivory and apricot.  All tiers of Belgian couverture dark chocolate sponge with Belgian couverture chocolate whipped ganache filling.  Cake serves 40 dessert portions.  Images kindly supplied by Katie Rogers Photography.
