Three tiered “naked” style wedding cake at The Bell, Ticehurst, East Sussex.  Base tier of Madagascan vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and raspberry conserve.  Central tier of the same flavour combination and top tier of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream.  Decorated with fresh fruits and also florals provided by Flowers by Liz.
