Three tier Magnolia wedding cake.  Cake created for the Wedding Cake Showroom at the Annual Squires Kitchen Exhibition in Surrey.  Iced in pale lemon royal icing and finished with hand piped and hand painted fine magnolia branches, blooms and foliage.  Decorated with a full bloom large sugar wired magnolia and wired foliage.  Cake as shown would serve 120 finger portions.  Photographed by Clare from FitzGerald Photographic at The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne, East Sussex
