Three tier wedding cake at The Plough at Leigh, Hildenborough, Kent.  Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache filling, iced in pale dusky pink and finished with sugar overpiped ivory lace work and pearlised piped beaded edge.  Tier one of vanilla sponge with Madagascan Vanilla Bean paste buttercream and Raspberry conserve, iced in pale ivory icing and hand painted with blousy Sweet Peas and finished with pearlised piped beaded edge.  Tier two of fresh Orange Zest sponge with Orange Zest and Orange Oil whipped buttercream, iced in pale sage green, finished with hand piped beaded swag design and droplets, topped with full bloom sugar peony, peony buds, sweet peas, ranunculus and sugar foliage, finished with pearlised piped beaded edge.  Set on a beautiful handmade carved cake stand. Cake serves 120 finger portions.
