Three tiered wedding cake designed for the Squires Kitchen Annual Exhibition, Farnham, Surrey.  Tiers iced in off white royal icing, with a textured finish.  Texture anemones created on the surface of the icing, by hand and dusted to colour.  Hand made and wired sugar anemones grouped together to the sides of the tiers.  Cake serves approximately 90 finger portions.  Photography by Clare, FitzGerald Photographic
