Two tiered rustic buttercream finish wedding cake at The Bell in Ticehurst.  Finished with beautiful florals provided by The Art Bunch, Ticehurst and images kindly supplied by Funky Pixel.  Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge laced with Kirsch with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache and Dark Cherry Conserve.  Top tier of Madagascan vanilla bean sponge filled with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry Conserve.  Cake serves 70 portions.
