Three tiered semi-naked style wedding cake set up at Blackstock Country Estate, Hellingly, East Sussex.  Each tier finished with a pale pink coppered drop effect, cascading down the left side of the cake and decorated with fresh flowers provided by Lucy, Florist on the Farm and finished with client’s own cake topper.  Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge filled with Belgian couverture chocolate whipped ganache, whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and salted caramel.  Central  and top tiers of Madagascan vanilla bean paste sponge filled with Belgian couverture white chocolate whipped buttercream with Cherry conserve.    Cake images kindly supplied by Rebecca Brooker Photography.  Cake provides approximately 120 finger portions.
