Two tier wedding cake at The Bell in Ticehurst, Ticehurst, East Sussex. Both tiers iced in ivory and hand painted with deep purple, aubergine and wine water colour effect, with hand painted gold fleck effects and pure edible gold leaf application. Cake decorated and finished with hand made, coloured and painted wafer paper origami style edible flowers. Base tier of Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and raspberry conserve, top tier of banoffi sponge filled with toffee buttercream, Belgian couverture whipped chocolate ganache and banana.
