Three tier “naked” style wedding cake at Long Furlong Barn, West Sussex.  Base tier of Vanilla sponge with Madagascan Vanilla Bean paste whipped buttercream with Raspberry Conserve, Tier one of fresh Lemon Zest sponge with Lemoncurd whipped buttercream and Tier two of Vanilla sponge with Belgian Couverture White chocolate ganache buttercream and rich Black Cherry conserve.  Decorated with florals from Gunns Florist, Brighton and fresh seasonal soft fruits.  Cake serves 160 finger portions.
