Four tier buttercreamed finish wedding cake at Brookfield Barn, Lower Beeding, Horsham.  All tiers finished with a neat, hand textured horizontal finish and decorated with fresh florals from Darling Buds of Sussex.  Base tier of Madagascan vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla buttercream and Raspberry Conserve.  Tier one of Madagascan vanilla sponge with Belgian courture white chocolate whipped buttercream and Cherry Conserve.  Tier two of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream.  Tier three of fresh carrot and walnut cake with orange oil and orange zest buttercream.  Cake serves 130 finger portions.  Images kindly supplied by Alice Radford Photography.
