Two tier “Naked” style wedding cake at Battle Abbey, Battle, East Sussex.  Base tier of Belgian Couverture Chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian Couverture Chocolate ganache filling, top tier of moist fresh Lemon Zest sponge with Lemoncurd whipped buttercream.  Finished with fresh roses and a dusting of sugar. Topped with client’s own Sylvanian figurines.  Cakes serves 80 finger portions.
