Four tiered square wedding cake.  Caked iced in ivory royal icing to each tier.  Stencilled with a lattice design which is overpiped by hand.  Sugar roses cut and appliqued on to each tier then overpiped in white.  Top tier decorated with full bloom sugar rose and wired sugar Lily of the Valley flowers.  Cake designed for display at the Annual Squires Kitchen Exhibition, Farnham, Surrey as a show piece.  Cake as shown serves 300 finger portions.  Photography by Rich Page – Page Creations
