Four tier square “naked” style wedding cake at Barcombe, Lewes, East Sussex.  Dressed with florals from Infusion Flowers, Uckfield and fresh fruits.  Base tier of Belgian Couverture Chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache.  Tier one of moist carrot cake with whipped orange zest and orange oil buttercream.  Tier two of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream.  Tier three of coffee and walnut sponge with fresh coffee whipped buttercream.  Cake serves 100 dessert portions
