Three tiered wedding cake at Wadhurst Castle, East Sussex.  Semi-naked style wedding cake, dressed with fresh flowers, kindly provided by Florist in the Forest.  Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge, laced with Kirsch, filling of whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache with Cherry Conserve.  Central and top tiers of Champagne sponge, filled with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry Conserve.  Cake provides approximately fifty five dessert portions.  Images kindly supplied by Lee Garland
