Four tiered wedding cake at Broyle Place, Ringmer, Lewes, East Sussex. All tiers iced in pale ivory, with hand piped beading to the base of each tier. Cake decorated with hand made, wired sugar autumnal foliage in oranges, deep reds and browns with sugar and made and wired, berries and acorns. Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge filled with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache. Tier one of fresh carrot cake with whipped orange oil and orange zest buttercream. Tier two of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream. Tier three of Tahitian Vanilla sponge with whipped Tahitian vanilla buttercream and Raspberry Conserve.
