Three tiered naked style wedding cake at Brookfield Barn, Lower Beeding, West Sussex.  Base tier of Vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry conserve, central tier of coconut sponge with whipped coconut buttercream and top tier of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream.  Finished with fresh fruit, florals and confectioner’s sugar.
