Three tier wedding cake at Blackstock Country Estate, Hellingly, East Sussex. All tiers iced in pale ivory and decorated with sugar wired autumnal foliage, leaves, acorns and toadstools. Finished with piped beading to each tier. Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge, filled with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache filling, central tier of Madagascan vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and passion fruit curd and top tier of toffee sponge with a whipped buttercream and salted caramel filling.
