Three tier cake created for the Wedding Cake Showroom at the Annual Squires Kitchen Exhibition, Farnham, Surrey.  All tiers iced in pure white, with sharped edged finishes to this square wedding cake.  All edges embellished with hand piped royal icing scrolls, with some additional royal iced scroll off pieces added for a layered effect.  Full bloom sugar English Tea Rose with sugar rose leaves as a central focal point.  Finished with pure white gros grain ribboning.  Photographed at the Bluebell Walk, Arlington, East Sussex by Clare of FitzGerald Photographic.  Cake sizing as shown serves 200 finger portions
