Four tier wedding cake at Ashdown Park Hotel, Wych Cross, Sussex.  With sugar roses, sugar daisies and tiny flowers, with piped microdots and finished with grosgrain ribboning.  Moist rich fruit cake, moist fresh Lemon zest cake with lemoncurd whipped buttercream filling, vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan Vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry Conserve and Belgian Couverture chocolate sponge with Belgian couverture chocolate whipped ganache filling.  Cake serves 160 portions.
