Base tier decorated with edible images of The Brighton Pavilion, taken from photography artwork by Debbie Lias. Top tier decorated with deep purple, hand piped scroll design to match wedding invitations. Base tier of fresh lemon sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream and top tier of moist rich fruit cake. Cake provides approximately 70 finger portions.
