Three tiered wedding cake at Blackstock Country Estate, Hellingly, East Sussex. All tiers finished with a semi-naked buttercream effect and decorated with fresh flowers provided by Kim from The Flower House Studio. Base tier of Madagascan vanilla sponge, filled with Madagascan vanilla bean paste whipped buttercream with Strawberry and Champagne conserve. Central tier of fresh lemon zest sponge filled with whipped lemoncurd buttercream. Top tier of Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream with white chocolate ganache and Raspberry conserve. Cake provides around 130 finger portions.
